Frequently asked questions
1. How many photos will we receive?
You will receive approximately 4,000–5,000 professionally edited images.
2. What is the delivery timeline?
• Photos: Within 1.5 months
• Videos: Within 3 months
• Album: Within 3 weeks after you finalize the photo selection
3. What is the payment procedure?
• 20% advance booking amount
• 50% at the first function
• Remaining balance: 3rd installment before photos, and final payment before delivery of videos
4. Do you offer customized packages?
Yes, we create tailored packages based on the number of events, locations, and your specific requirements.
5. How will we receive photos and videos?
• Photos will be delivered via Kwik App (face recognition app) and WeTransfer link (to download all images at once).
• Both links remain active for 3 months. Please download within this period.
• Teasers/Cinematic videos can be shared through WhatsApp documents, while traditional videos will be shared via WeTransfer.
Tip: We strongly recommend downloading and saving all data promptly within 3 months. Keep the files in one folder to avoid confusion.
